　　Thisyear，theopeneconomyofNingbowillconformtothespiritsposedinthe18thNationalPeople'sCongress，the18thThirdPlenarySessionandthe18thFourthPlenarySessiontothefullest，bystickingtotheworkingkeynoteofmakingprogressinstability，takingtheimprovementofthequalityandeffectivenessofopeneconomyasthemainobjective，adaptingtothenewnormalofeconomicdevelopmentactively，promotingtheconstructionof"OneBeltandOneRoad"steadily，acceleratingtheconnectiontoShanghaiPilotFreeTradeZone，organizingtheChina-MiddleandEastEuropeInvestmentandTradingExpowell，strivingtobethecentralcityforglobaltradingandconcentratingonthecultivationofnewadvantagesforexpandingforeigntrade.Thefollowingeightaspectsshouldbepaidattentionto:
