　　Inthelastyear，facingcomplicateddomesticandforeigneconomicandtradeenvironment，HainanProvinceactivelyadaptedtothenewnormalsituation，facedthenewchallenges，madesteadyprogressineveryreformintheforeigntradefield，keptnewadvantagesofforeigntradecompetitionfasterwhilereformandinnovation.InHainan，foreigntradekeptcontinuousincreasinginrationalrange.Wealsoimprovedqualityandprofitandoptimizedindustryeconomystructure.Foreigntraderunninginthewholeprovinceshowedthecharacteristics，“steadygrowth，highlightedmerits，betterqualityinthestablesituation，andmultiplemarkets”.

　　First:steadygeneralgrowthandfastincreasedexport.GrossimportandexportvalueofHainanProvincereached97.498billionYuanin2014，whichincreasedby4.3%yoy，includingexportvalue27.138billionYuan，increasedby17.76%andimportvalue70.359billionYuan，anddecreased0.05%.Inthelastyear，balancedgrowthkeptgoing，ofwhichexportincreasedsubstantiallyandimportdecreasedalittle.

　　Second:importandexportofthepetrochemicalsectorgrewandstoodout.Oilenterprisesinourprovinceseizedtheopportunityofinternationaloilpricesfell，stabilizedthescaleofimport，processandexport.Therefore，petrochemicalindustrychainextendedwidelyandexpandedmarketshares.Crudeoilimportreached45.92billionYuan，increasedby24.45%，whichaccountedfor65.2%ofgrossimportvalue;organicchemicalsimportreached3.96billionYuan，increasedby35.8%，whichaccountedfor5.6%ofgrossimportvalueofourprovince.Exportsofrefinedpetroleumproductsreached13.52billionYuan，increasedby73.8%，whichaccountedfor49.8%ofgrossexportvalueofourprovince.
